Nash Bankroll Management, here-forth named as Nash, assumes no responsibility for any user inputted data. The user is encouraged to backup their device and data frequently. Nash is not responsible for any data loss or damage that may result from using the application.


Subscriptions:
Nash is a free-to-use application. A Premium Version is available as a subscription through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions are linked to the user’s currently signed in AppleID on their device. All Nash user data is stored separately and will not be deleted if a subscription is cancelled or non-renewed. Access to the data, such as sessions and transactions may be limited without an active subscription. The cost of the subscription is made clear on the purchase screen. All payments are handled through Apple, and the user may request a refund directly from Apple. Subscriptions default to “auto-renewal” and can be cancelled in the Apple Account Settings“Manage Subscriptions” page. The terms of the subscription may be updated at any time, and will take affect upon the renewal of any active subscription. Any price increases will be confirmed by the user before any charge or transaction takes place.
